Empower Through Sports was born from a simple but powerful conviction: that sport and movement have the ability to change lives. Howard and Stacey Shulak — a father and daughter team — built this together because they have seen it firsthand. Between them they bring decades of experience in behavioural intervention, physical education, human development, and coaching. But more than their credentials, it is their genuine care for every person they work with that sets them apart.
