Strong legs,
every angle.

Your legs contain the largest muscles in your body β€” quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and inner and outer thighs. This series builds them all. Built from seven expert sources covering no-squat alternatives, thigh sculpting, lean leg protocols, band work, and loaded leg day programming. Every exercise included, zero repeats across the series.

Leg day principle: The posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes, calves) is typically weaker than the anterior chain (quads) in most people. Every focus in this series includes both β€” because balanced leg strength is what protects the knees, hips, and lower back over the long term.
