All of our programs — from swimming and sports coaching to behavioural and career support — are priced based on session duration, frequency, and individual goals. Sessions can be scheduled regularly or periodically — whatever works best for you. We build packages around each participant.
Empower Through Sports was founded by Howard and Stacey Shulak — a father and daughter united by a shared belief that sport and movement can transform lives. Together they bring a complementary set of expertise: Howard rooted in behavioural intervention and physical education, Stacey in human development and coaching.
